Production
THE MAIN UK FACTORY takes stock products from our parent
company and assembles it on a project by project basis. The doors
are supplied pre-punched ready for standard hardware to be fitted.
Our doors are despatched as a complete product, fully assembled
with hardware fitted ready for quick site installation. All of our doors
are supplied with adjustable rapid fit fixing feet to eliminate the need
for packing shims and to minimise the mastic gap. The rapid fit fixing
system combined with our variable sub frame allows us to provide
doors with an industry leading amount of tolerance built into our
standard door system.
We also have our own powder coat facility which allows us to supply
fully finished products to our customers. In addition we have a spray
painting facility which is used for non-standard colours or
unusual finishes where required.
The Blythe unit allows us to manufacture more non-standard
products to individual customer specifications and enables us to
support our customers in developing products directly with their
clients. We are able to develop customer specific products and
modify existing designs to fit in with individual client require- ments.
Our SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD system is one of the most
sophisticated drawing packages available and once again Robust
are leading the way within our industry.
We also offer a high quality installation service which allows us to
further support our customers on site. |
