Fire Exit Doors
Robust have had third party testing carried out to show that our fire escape doors, when fitted with panic exit devices meet the criteria for panic devices according to the requirements BSEN 179 & BSEN1125

Integrity/ partial insulation to A60 in mild steel to:

and their manufacture and supply is third party certified under Warrington Fire Certifire certification scheme.

Installation of Fire Doors
Robust are certified under the FIRAS scheme for the installation of steel fire doors.

Security Doors
Security Doors are currently being tested to ENV 1627. Doors are available in a variety of levels from SD2 SD5
Blast Doors
Robust SD4 & SD5 Security doors have also been tested to BS EN 13124-2 Explosion Resistance, EXR2 & EXR3
Acoustic Doors
Acoustic Doors have been tested to BS EN ISO 140-3: 1995
Endurance Testing
Our doors have recently undergone cycle testing to enable the doorset to be CE marked. Robust UK expect to be one of the first manufacturers in the UK able to fully CE mark our doorsets in line with BSEN14351 Windows & Pedestrian Doorsets (External)
Opening & closing cycles EN1191-2000 tested to class 7 (500,000 operations)
Environmental Performance Testing
Our doors have recently undergone testing to prove their suitability for use for expected UK weather conditions to BS6375 part 1 2004 Weather Tightness which incorporates specific tests for :
Air Permeability, to BSEN1026: 2000
Water Tightness, to BSEN1027
Resistance to Wind Loading, to BSEN12211:2000
Thermal testing: In line with current industry standards Robust have had our doors tested as an installed product to:
BSEN ISO..10077-2 2003 Calculations for Thermal Transmission of Window Framing Members and are also able to offer a cross section material calculation rate.
