ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognised standard for quality management. It demonstrates that we meet the needs and expectations of customers and other stakeholders, while also meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.

Master Locksmiths Association
The MLA is recognised as the authoritative body for locksmithing by a number of organisations including the Home Office, British Standards Institute (BSI), Secured by Design and more. The MLA ensures it’s members have undergone rigorous vetting, are qualified professionals, and are regularly inspected.
We’re Affiliate Members in order to support the Aims and Objectives of the Association, which include ensuring high standards of conduct, practice and materials; providing training & information; being the leading trade association for the locksmithing industry; and providing peace of mind to the end customer in the absence of a Government based licensing scheme.

Secured by Design
Secured by Design (SBD) is the official police security initiative to “design out crime”.
SBD’s product accreditation scheme – the Police Preferred Specification – provides a recognised standard for all security products that can deter and reduce crime, ensuring consistent standards are met across all attack resistant crime prevention products.
Robust are proud to offer a choice of SBD accredited products, including our TUFF-DOR range, SECUR-DOR 2.1, and TUFF-VENT.

Door Hardware Federation
dhf is a not-for-profit trade association; with over 500 members, it’s the “go to” place for technical advice and training, raising the standards of the industry and providing a single source for technical expertise, information, knowledge, advice and practical help.
It is a criteria of membership that at least one person who is in an area of responsibility and can change processes within the organisation attends the relevant dhf two day training course, and covers the requirement of a Complimentary Conformity Advice (CCA), ensuring that membership is on the basis of demonstrable high quality legislative compliance.
