Our team have been doing lots behind the scenes to make that happen including:
- Changes to our production flow on the shop floor
- Increasing overall capacity on the shopfloor
- Investing in a new planning system to make us more efficient.
- Bringing in additional staff to increase capacity.
- Investing in new skills for our team
- Remodelling and refining the manufacturing process
The outcome of this has been to significantly reduce our lead times which we know will only enhance our customers experience.
