Frame Assembly Operative
Responsible to: Production Manager
Main Purpose of Role
• Follow issued scheduled plan and identify and resolve potential issues
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to, that a safety-first culture is embedded and respected
• Ensure Quality procedures are adhered to, that continuous improvement and a right first time better every time mentality is encouraged
• Ensure the team always maintain a clean, tidy and organised working environment and leading by example
Key Tasks
• Follow Health and safety standards
• Promote a safe/clean working environment
• Assembling frame parts to customer specification
• Keeping the work area clean
• Welding of frame parts as required
• Follow production processes and specifications
• Ensure the production Schedule is adhered to
• Report any faults/damage to the maintenance department
• Assembling products and parts
• Check job paperwork and complete necessary quality check sheets
• Monitor and maintain high quality standards
• Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Ensure all jobs completed are scanned in realtime
