Available fire rated to E120, EW120 or E60, it can also be security rated to PAS 24 (2022) or LPS1175 (SR1), and is smoke tested to EN1634-3.
Thermal performance is an additional key focus as ELITE-DOR achieves a U-value of 1.5 W/(m²K) as standard or 1.3 W/(m²K) on request, exceeding the 1.6 W/(m²K) requirement and providing a market-leading solution for projects where thermal efficiency is a priority.
ELITE-DOR has been developed to ensure that performance options can be tailored to the requirements of individual projects, including applications as varied as schools, offices, supermarkets, multi-story car parks, warehouses and more.
Manufactured from corrosion resistant Magnelis® steel, ELITE-DOR is well protected from the elements. We use 1.2mm sheets as standard, but this can be upgraded to 1.5mm or 2.0mm to increase the toughness of the door skin. Magnelis® boasts far superior corrosion resistance compared to alternative materials such as galvanised steel, demonstrated by our industry leading warranty of up to 10 years (dependent on environment).
