Previously installed timber doors on site were rotten and in need of constant repair. As a result, the facilities manager wanted a more durable replacement to ensure residents felt safe and secure and to help prevent unauthorised access.

We designed and manufactured multiple OUTA-DOR doorsets as a robust alternative to the timber doors. Finished in a modern Jet Black (RAL 9005) Polyester Powder Coating with chevron pattern, they have up to ten years corrosion warranty. We also fitted access control with an intercom, allowing residents to grant guests access to the site remotely from their homes.
