TEMP-DOR is an easy-fit steel doorset that’s been specifically designed to maintain building security and safety until a permanent door can be installed.
The adjustable frame ensures it covers a broader range of structural widths than most other temporary products, and as it’s non-handed it can be configured for left or right-handed installations. TEMP-DOR features a compliant escape sashlock (to BS EN 179) as standard to ensure no compromise on security or accessibility, and is reusable to provide a sustainable revenue opportunity.

Available off-the shelf for an instant solution and peace of mind, TEMP-DOR is non-handed, can be inward or outward opening, and the adjustable frame fits structural openings from 875mm to 1095mm – ensuring a versatile product suitable for most commercial, industrial and public sector premises.
Manufactured from Magnelis® steel for excellent weather and corrosion resistance, TEMP-DOR is powder coated in RAL 7016 and designed to be used again and again; simply purchase once and generate ongoing income.
Technical Data
CONSTRUCTION
TEMP-DOR is manufactured from 1.2mm Magnelis steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, with a self-supporting resin impregnated honeycomb core as standard.
FRAME
TEMP-DOR utilises a specially-designed adjustable C frame, suitable for openings 875mm – 1095mm wide. Height is 1900mm.
Frame extensions are supplied as standard to provide additional adjustment where needed – for example in openings which are out of square – to ensure your installation is as quick and hassle-free as possible.
HARDWARE
TEMP-DOR is fitted with a morticed escape sashlock c/w lever handles and double cylinder as standard to allow escape function to BS EN 179, providing a more secure and practical solution than alternatives such as temporary boarding or emergency guarding.
CONFIGURATIONS
TEMP-DOR has been designed to be as versatile as possible; it is therefore non-handed, and can be installed for either inward or outward opening.
FINISHES
TEMP-DOR is available polyester powder coated as standard in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey for a sleek finish to suit most applications.
CUSTOM REQUIREMENTS
TEMP-DOR has been specifically designed to be as versatile as possible, but should you require a temporary door solution to an alternative specification (eg as a double doorset, including a vision panel, or utilising different hardware), then we can happily manufacture to suit your requirements.
