Fire Safety
In accommodation buildings, fire safety is non-negotiable. Corridors, stairwells, plant rooms, and service areas must all be equipped with fire-rated doors to meet regulations and ensure safe evacuation routes.
- Our INNA-DOR and OUTA-DOR ranges provide up to 4 hours of fire resistance, helping contain fire and smoke to minimise risk to residents and damage to property.
- TUFF-DOR 2.1 and SECUR-DOR 2.1 can also be specified with 60 minutes fire rating (selected specifications), combining fire protection with enhanced security.

Communal Spaces

GLAS-DOR is available as hinged or sliding doors, partitions, facades and screens. It provides a robust glazed solution that allows natural light to flow into corridors, lobbies, and shared entrances, creating a welcoming and modern appearance.
Available with up to 60 minutes fire resistance (E60) or both reistance and insulation for up to 90 minutes (EI90), GLAS-DOR also offers up to 45dB acoustic reduction – providing effective sound reduction for noisy environments such as hotels, student halls, and shared living spaces.
It’s security credentials include intruder resistance to EN 1627 (RC2 to RC4) and ballistic resistance to EN 1522-2.
Storage Facilities
Our fully louvred doors provide the perfect solution for bin stores, boiler rooms and bike stores, preventing a build-up of odours but without compromising security.
VENT-DOR is our aluminium louvred doorset which provides effective ventilation in standard applications, whilst for additional security our PAS 24 certified TUFF-VENT combines maximum airflow with maximum strength. Both can be manufactured with a variety of meshes to prevent birds, insects and other pests from entering the building through the louvres,
Our fully louvred solutions can be manufactured with side and/or ovepanels, and – like all our doors – are made to measure. This allows ease of manoeuvring large bins or bikes in and out of the building, and ensures that any unusual requirements or sizes can be accommodated. Suitable locking options, such as a mechanical keypad, are available for controlled yet easy access by users.
