Robust UK has brought together two established product ranges, OUTA-DOR and SECUR-DOR 2.1, to create ELITE-DOR – a flexible steel doorset solution offering a wide choice of performance, security and configuration options.
Rather than choosing between separate ranges, ELITE-DOR brings a broad range of tested performance options together within one product family, making it easier to find a solution to meet the requirements of individual projects.
Combining the key features of OUTA-DOR and SECUR-DOR 2.1, ELITE-DOR offers up to two hours’ fire resistance, including E60, E120 and EW120 fire performance options, alongside PAS 24 (2022) security certification. Single doorsets can also be specified with LPS 1175 SR1 certification, providing an additional level of security assurance.
For projects where smoke control is a consideration, all doorsets have been tested to BS EN 1634-3. This provides greater flexibility when selecting a suitable product to meet specific fire, security and smoke control requirements.
Thermal performance is another important consideration, and ELITE-DOR achieves a U-value of 1.5W/(m²K) as standard, with 1.3W/(m²K) available on request, providing a practical option for projects where thermal efficiency is a priority and fire resistance is still a requirement.
This all-in-one door solution can be specified with glazed, solid or louvred side and over panels, alongside a choice of vision panels and louvres. This flexibility makes ELITE-DOR suitable for a wide range of applications, from fire exits and personnel access doors to external access points across sectors including warehousing, agriculture, education, universities and accommodation.
Manufactured using mineral wool and Magnelis® steel, ELITE-DOR combines a range of performance options with enhanced corrosion resistance and a warranty of up to 10 years.
